Rachel oberan

Rachel is the Captive Manager for our Phoenix office and comes to us from Montera Captive Insurance Management. She was their Senior Accountant for the past 7 years assisting in the management and accounting of more than 75 micro captives (at various times), their filings relative to 831b captives, annual audits and other procedures.  She has over 30 years of accounting experience in the small to mid-sized business area. Prior to coming to Montera she was the Finance and Compensation Manager for Incentec Solutions, a technology software development company in the incentive space which was later acquired by Blackhawk Incentive Solutions.  She resides in Mesa Arizona with her husband as do most of their children and grandchildren.
