JIMMY WARD

Jimmy joined Align in 2022 as a captive advisor and consultant. His primary focus is providing advisory services for the implementation of captive programs. Additionally, Jimmy works with Align’s clients and their advisors to maximize the utilization of existing captives. Prior to joining Align, Jimmy worked for a Nashville based insurance agency, The Crichton Group, which was subsequently sold to Hub International. He held multiple positions during his time at Hub starting with various marketing teams focusing on risk placement then moving into a client and business development role. His industry experience includes habitational real estate, manufacturing and oil and gas. Jimmy is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and also holds the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.
