JEFF RICE

Jeff Rice is an accounting professional with over thirty-four years of experience in senior leadership positions within the military and at small to mid-sized companies.  He has worked in a broad range of industries and environments including two start up companies.

Prior to joining Align Risk Solutions, Mr. Rice served for ten years as Vice President of Finance / Controller at Digital Reasoning Systems in Franklin, TN. He was also previously Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at First Horizon Insurance, a subsidiary of First Tennessee Bank. He has held a variety of positions with increasing responsibilities within the field of accounting and started his career with KPMG.

Mr. Rice also has the unique qualifications and leadership qualities of a military officer. He was a member of the Air National Guard / United States Air Force for over 38 years. He served overseas in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom on three different deployments since 2001.  Colonel Rice retired from military service in October 2020.

Rice obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with an Accounting major from Eastern Illinois University and is also a Certified Public Accountant.
