JAMES ANDERSON

James joined Align in 2020 and is Chief Financial Officer, having previously served as Director of Strategy & Risk Analysis while heading up Align’s west coast presence in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Align, James served as a principal at Merge Growth Advisors, a healthcare M&A advisory group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the urgent care and dental spaces. In addition, James spent two and half years as a senior associate at Clearbrook Holdings, a Nashville-based private equity group, where he focused on private equity investing, portfolio company management, and transactions. His industry experience includes transportation, behavioral health, home health, dental, food processing and distribution, and construction services.
