Aoife Taylor

Aoife Taylor is the Director of Program Development and Underwriting. She leads our North Carolina office and oversees Align’s analysis of prospective captive programs, as well as program renewals for existing clients. She regularly identifies new and additional exposures as well as recommending innovative alternative risk management solutions.

Prior to joining Align, Aoife has been in the insurance industry for nearly twenty years. Her experience includes executive positions with Marsh Captive Management in Dublin, Ireland; various brokers within the Lloyds of London insurance market and Arthur J. Gallagher. She has a broad comprehension of the needs of both financial and non-financial organizations across many industry sectors.

Aoife has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and has also been awarded a number of accreditations with the Insurance Institute of both Ireland and England.  She volunteers as a Board Member of the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association.
